Act II Playhouse Production History

Act II has already earned the respect and support of our community since our first play was presented in 1999. We have received more than two dozen nominations for the Barrymore Awards-the Philadelphia equivalent of the Tony Awards.

The Playhouse has taken home three Barrymores to date, including "Best Actor in a Musical" to Tony Braithwaite in The Big Bang (2005).
